School Fees
At Geraldton Grammar School, we are committed to supporting families within our community. We endeavour to keep our school fees as affordable as possible, while providing students with an outstanding education and extraordinary opportunities.
The commitment by parents to the payment of school fees is an important financial obligation. If at any point you encounter difficulty meeting that obligation, please contact the Business Manager to discuss your situation.

School Fee Payment Options
We provide three payment options to support families in managing their school fees.

Option 1: Full Payment in Advance
Payment due date is 16 February each year.
Option 2: Payment by Instalment (Direct Debit)
Automatic direct debit from your bank account or credit card. Payments start in February and finish no later than 30 November.
Instalments may be made either weekly, fortnightly, monthly or termly.
Direct Debit Authorisation Form must be returned to the School or [email protected] by 12 February for the first direct debit to occur on 16 February.
Option 3: Extended Payment Plan with Edstart
To assist with your school fee payments, we are working with Edstart to provide Geraldton Grammar School families with flexible payment options to help you better manage school fees and other education expenses.
Edstart allows you to spread your fees into weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments, as well as reduce your total annual costs by extending payments beyond the current school year.
You can use Edstart to fund tuition fees, boarding costs, and additional charges such as uniforms and extra-curricular activities.
