Our History

Geraldton Grammar School is a co-educational school that has a proud history of providing outstanding academic and pastoral care to its students. We are proud of our Anglican tradition and follow a Christian philosophy.

From humble beginnings in 1996, the School has grown from 50 students and has developed into a renowned K-12 campus of nearly 700 students. Over the years we have added to our infrastructure, allowing more opportunities (curricular and co-curricular) for our students. The School built a state-of-the-art gymnasium which opened at the end of 2022.

The School was built on the vision of providing outstanding education and a strong sense of community, cultivating people of integrity, independence of mind and a love of learning. Its Founders had the vision of having a school that was the premier school in the Mid West providing an excellent education so that parents did not have to send their children to boarding schools in Perth and could keep their children close.
